Dinner at Hutton Grill

My wife and I were invited to a dinner at Hutton Grill on 15 January, 2019. Having parked our car on Hutton Lane, we walked a short distance to the restaurant. Upon entering, we were ushering to the table reserved for us upstairs.

The menu at Hutton Grill reflects the cuisine of the Eurasian community of Penang. This is largely a labour of love of the Chef Zack, who is Eurasian, in preserving his culture and bringing to it a modern interpretation.
