Lai Lai Food Court is a hawker centre along Terengganu Road, Penang. (It is known in Chinese as Xin Lai Lai or "New Lai Lai", probably to differentiate it from a similar food court along Hill Railway Road / Jalan Bukit Bendera). This rather big hawker centre is located near the Caunter Hall Roundabout. It has ample parking space at the rear of the food court, accessed via a side lane.

Among the hawker food available at Lai Lai Food Court include Western food, wantan mee, Hokkien mee and satay, among others.
