Spastic Children's Association of Penang (14 April 2009)


The Cerebral Palsy (Spastic) Children's Association of Penang is a non-government association that provides therapy and special education to children with cerebral palsy. Its goal is to help the children achieve their utmost potential, enabling them to lead a full and independent life, despite their shortcoming.

The Cerebral Palsy (Spastic) Children's Association of Penang was established in August 1962 thanks to the effort of members of the Penang Rotary Club. The association is located on a two-acre piece of land courtesy of the Lam Wah Ee Foundation.
