Ideal Residency (GPS: 5.37394, 100.30155), formerly known as Pr1ma @ Bukit Gelugor Phase 1, is an affordable housing project under construction at Bukit Gelugor, Penang. To be located at Jalan Lembah, it is being developed by Ideal Capital Venture Sdn Bhd, a subsidiary of Ideal Property Group.

Ideal Residency will comprise a 49-storey block with 1,218 affordable housing units. Each unit will have a built up area of 850 sqft.
