JW Marriott Penang (GPS: 5.43115, 100.31671) is a luxury hotel and condominium in Pulau Tikus, Penang. At time of writing (Feb 2018), it is under construction. Located at 55, Gurney Drive, JW Marriott Penang comprises a 55-storey skyscraper with a 2-level basement. There is ten levels of car park for the hotel and condominium. The residential component of the project is known as Marriott Residences.

JW Marriott Penang Hotel will have 223 rooms. It will occupy 9 levels of the building. A further six levels are occupied by a 90-room executive hotel, while the condominium will have 302 residential units.

JW Marriott Penang is being developed by Taman Sri Bunga Sdn Bhd and Branded Realty Sdn Bhd, which are part of BSG Property. The principal architectural firm is Arkitek Permata, working in collaboration with SAA Architects Pte Ltd.
