Consumers Association of Penang (CAP)is one of the foremost consumer associations in the country. Established in 1970, the association is dedicated to educating the public on their rights as consumer. It also advocates ethical consumption, healthy lifestyle, highlight the needs and rights of the underprivileged, and expose instances where the consumer is taken advantage.
