It comprieses two 20-storey blosk with a total of 220 units with the size of 950 square foot each. Desa Airmas Condominium is 10.6 km from Komtar. It is ideal for people working in the south side, in places such as the Bayan Lepas Free Industrial Zone. It isn't the most appropriate place to stay if you are working in the city, due to the distance. You can use the coastal expressway, but at rush hour, the main interchanges at USM will be very congested.

Public Transport at Desa Airmas

Desa Airmas is located away from busy Jalan Sungai Dua. However, if you need to rely on public transport, you have to walk to the nearest bus stop which is located there, some 250 meters away. Take Rapid Penang Bus 301, 303 and 304.

The nearest school are Keong Hoe Primary School in Sungai Dua, and Sekolah Menengah Kebangsaan Bukit Jambul. The nearest market is the Super Tanker Market. The nearest hypermarket is Tesco Extra. There isn't any hospital in the immediate vicinity, the nearest being Lam Wah Ee Hospital in Batu Lanchang and Pantai Hospital in Bayan Baru.

Traffic is perennially heavy along Jalan Sungai Dua. Also, there's a big pasar malam (night market) taking place along Jalan Helang every Saturday night.
