Dunn House is a low-density 3-storey apartment along Dunn Road in George Town. There are only 13 apartment units built on freehold land, and they all 1,238 sqft in size each. The estimated selling price is between RM250,000 and RM300,000. Monthly rental is between RM1,000 and RM1,500, although I have seen asking price as high as RM1,800. Maintenance fee, I learn, is RM250 per month (if this is true, I am wondering aloud what justifies such a high maintenance fee).

Facilities are limited to 24-hour security, parking lot and limited landscaping.

Dunn House is just 2.4 km from Komtar - it is so close to the city centre that you can even walk the whole way if you have the stamina.

Traffic along Dunn Road is light although it is between two major roads, Peel Avenue and Perak Road.
