Property Review: Quayside Condominium

Quayside Seafront Resort Condominiums (GPS: 5.45944, 100.31206) is a luxurious condominium project at Seri Tanjung Pinang in Tanjong Tokong, Penang. It is developed by E&O Property, the developer of Seri Tanjung Pinang.

Quayside Condominium is developed over two phases and occupies 21 acres of reclaimed land. Phase One comprises two 9-storey blocks, called Towers B and C, and two 29-storey blocks called Towers D and E.

Phase Two is called Andaman Quayside and comprises three tower blocks called F, G and H. It covers 7 acres, which includes a 4.5-acre waterpark. The last block to be built at Andaman Quayside is Tower G. It is also known as 18 East @ Andaman.

Located adjacent is the subsequent project named Andaman @ Quayside comprising blocks 1F and 1H, and the final phase, known as 18 East @ Andaman, comprising block 1G.

Location of Quayside Seafront Resort Condominiums

Quayside Condominium is 7.3 km to Komtar. 14.9 km to the Penang Bridge and 22.4 km to the Penang International Airport. It is a little bit distant from the city centre though still manageable. However you can also expect Jalan Tanjong Tokong to be congested especially near the Sunrise Tower junction. Having said that, if you live here, you get superb views of Gunung Jerai across the sea.

The nearest bus stop, which is at Straits Quay, is served by bus 102.

Traffic situation at Quayside Seafront Resort Condominiums

Traffic along Seri Tanjung Pinang is presently very low, as the project is still under development. Traffic is heavy along Jalan Tanjong Tokong.
