Sungai Pinang Footbridge (GPS: 5.40392, 100.33042) is a 70-meter-long concrete-and-steel bridge for cyclists and pedestrians across Sungai Pinang, in Jelutong, Penang. It is part of the 1.55-kilometer bike path being built by the state government connecting Komtar to Karpal Singh Drive. The entire stretch, including the bridge, costs RM4.6 million. Local developer BHL Waterfront Sdn Bhd contributed RM100,000 to built a 450-meter stretch. Together, these will be the pieces falling into place for the Penang Bicycle Route Masterplan.
