Bandar Sri Pinang, Jelutong, Penang (14 December 2023)
Bandar Sri Pinang (GPS: 5.39762, 100.32767) is a new residential neighbourhood located off Jalan Sungai Pinang along the Tun Dr Lim Chong Eu Expressway, Penang. The neighbourhood, with a postcode of 10150, was developed on reclaimed land that was created along with the construction of the expressway. The neighbourhood has a mix development that includes lower-medium cost high-rise apartments, medium-cost apartments, upper-medium cost apartments, and upmarket landed residential properties.
18 April, 2014: Following the sudden demise of Malaysian lawyer and politician Karpal Singh, the seaside promenade at Bandar Sri Pinang was renamed Karpal Singh Drive. The roads beside the promenade, namely Lebuh Sungai Pinang 4 and Lebuh Sungai Pinang 5, were also renamed Persiaran Karpal Singh 1 and Persiaran Karpal Singh 2 respectively.

At the moment, the neighbourhood is not yet served with public transport.
Location of Bandar Sri Pinang
Bandar Sri Pinang is just 3.1 km from Komtar, making it an ideal place to stay for those working in the city. Having said that, however, it is still lacking schools and other basic amenities.
