The road connects Lebuh Sungai Pinang 1 on one end to Persiaran Karpal Singh 2 (formerly Lebuh Sungai Pinang 5) on the other. Lebuh Sungai Pinang 8 is largely residential in nature, with a number of apartments along its way.
