Pusat Bayaran Setempat or One-Stop Bill Payment Centre, is a bill-payment office managed by the Penang Island City Council. It is located between the Town Hall and the City Hall, along Jalan Padang Kota Lama. This is where one can make various bill payments such as for electricity, telephone and water. Duriang the 2013 George Town Festival, the centre was encased in a bamboo structure called Theatre of Ships.
