Facing the Tun Dr Lim Chong Eu Expressway, Mutiara Idaman is accessed via Jalan Tengku off Jelutong Main Road. It comprises two phases, Mutiara Idaman 1 & 2. Block 1 has a built up area of 600 sqft while Block 2 a built-up area of 650 sqft, with 3 bedrooms and 1 bathroom.

Proximity to Jelutong Expressway (but without access to it) contributes some noise pollution.
