Northam Tower (GPS: 5.42764, 100.32058), now known as Mansion One, is a skyscraper along Jalan Sultan Ahmad Shah (formerly Northam Road), on the northern coast of George Town, Penang. Built in 1998, it has 31 storeys and stands at a heighyt of 142.59 meters.

Northam Tower is located within the grounds of Hardwicke House, a heritage building. Northam Tower once housed the Supreme Court when the Supreme Court Building was under renovation.

2012: Northam Tower was taken over by new owner Magna Putih and rebranded as Mansion One.
