Restoran Lip Sin Red Tea House (GPS: 5.34146, 100.29355) is a dim sum restaurant in Lip Sin Garden, Sungai Dua, Penang. It is housed at a side lot within Lucas Ark Digital Mall. The restaurant is open very early every morning, and operates until early afternoon. It is busiest during weekends, when people have time to go there to enjoy a dim sum breakfast.

Restoran Lip Sin Red Tea House offers a wide selection of dim sum, including most of the popular dim sum dishes such as the siew mai, kau chee, pau and others. So far, I have only eaten here once. The food is not bad, though I have tasted better ones elsewhere.
