Leng Hai Tean (GPS: 5.39266, 100.31113) is a small Chinese temple in Jelutong, Penang. It sits on a raised location with stairs leading up to the prayer hall. The temple is located at the end of Jalan Bagan Serai, but its address is stated as Jalan Tan Sri Teh Ewe Lim.

Leng Hai Tean was built in 1993 for the veneration of the Tong Hai Nacha. The feast day of this patron deity falls on the 9th day of the 9th month of the lunar calendar.
