Permatang Tok Gelam (GPS: 5.4895, 100.39785) is a small village in Seberang Perai Utara. It occupies Jalan Permatang Tok Gelam and parts of Jalan Permatang Binjai. The only landmark of note is Masjid Jamek Permatang Tok Gelam. Apart from the village area, Permatang Tok Gelam covers a large wide expanse that is mostly paddy fields.
