Bukit Belah is a neighbourhood of Teluk Kumbar, Penang. It is the section of Teluk Kumbar nearest to Bayan Lepas. This part of Teluk Kumbar has experienced rapid residential development in the past decade, with numerous high-rise apartments and condominiums completed or at various stages of construction.
