The Northern Corridor Implementation Authority (NCIA), headquartered at 4 Jalan Residensi, Penang, is a statutory body created to help Malaysia realise the Northern Corridor Economic Region or Koridor Utara, an area covering Penang, Perak, Kedah and Perlis. The NCIA comprises seven divisions namely Agriculture, Manufacturing, Tourism, Infrastructure, Education & Human Capital, Marketing & Social Development and Corporate & Investor Services.
