Bayan City is a mixed development taking shape in Bayan Baru, Penang. It is bordered by Jalan Mayang Pasir 2 to the north, Jalan Mayang Pasir 3 to the south, Jalan Mayang Pasir to the east and Persiaran Mahsuri to the west. Across the road from Bayan City include Hotel Seri Malaysia, Pantai Hospital, Giant Bayan Baru and Masjid Umar Ibn Al-Khattab.
Bayan City comprises a residential component and a commercial component. The residential component is called Elit Heights while the commercial component is Elit Avenue Business Park.
