Fort Point Hindu Temple (GPS: 5.42133, 100.34452) is a small Hindu shrine along
Jalan Tun Syed Sheh Barakbah. It is said to have been there for a very long time, possibly dating back to the British colonial period, when the shrine was established by the Indians brought over as labourers for laying out the early infrastructure of
George Town. Today the temple occupies a plot within the grounds of the
Royal Malaysian Navy.
