Menara Yayasan Flat Kelawei (GPS: 5.4312, 100.31505) is a low-cost flat in Pulau Tikus, Penang. It was built on a plot of land at the junction of Kelawei Road and Jones Road. Built in 1985, it is one of the few low-cost properties in the Pulau Tikus area. It is close to the Malay enclave of Kampung Syed and Masjid Jamek Al-Munauwar.
