The Cintra Street Eu Char Koay Shop at 76 Cintra Street is one of the unique trades of George Town, Penang. The shop has been operating for many decades and specialises in producing Eu Char Koay, the Chinese breadsticks that are often taken with rice porridge or almond cream. Eu Char Koay of late has also become a meal dish with prepared with mayonnaise, and is also served in rojak.
