Penang International Commercial City (GPS: 5.33208, 100.28873) is a mixed development project being undertaken by Hunza Properties Sdn Bhd. It occupies a site in the Sungai Nibong Kecil neighbourhood of Bayan Baru, Penang, and have a gross development value of RM10 billion. Also called PICC, the Penang International Commercial City will be developed in three phases.
The first phase is expected to commerce in mid 2017, and will have a gross development value of RM6.5 billion (revised up from RM5 billion) and a real estatate investment cost of RM2.5 billion. PICC will have a shopping mall, a medical centre, a high-rise office block, a hotel and 1,792 units of apartments and serviced apartments. Groundbreaking for the project, in the presence of Penang Chief Minister Chow Kon Yeow and Penang Island City Council mayor Datuk Yew Tung Seang, was carried out on Saturday, 10 November, 2018. This phase is expected to be completed in 2021. The project is expected to be fully completed by 2026.

Hunza Properties, the developer of Penang International Commercial City, have progressed this project by clearing up the land and building the fencing facing Jalan Tun Dr Awang, touting the components of the project including residences, office tower, 5-star hotel, lifestall mall, world-class hospital and central park. The project is expected to be integrated to the future Bayan Lepas LRT station.
