One Foresta (GPS: 5.3005, 100.25885) is an affordable housing apartment complex by Ideal Property Group in Bayan Lepas, Penang. Located along Lengkok Kelicap, right next to Forest Ville and Mutiara Perdana, it is part of a larger residential complex that includes the Forest Ville condominium.

There are four blocks at One Foresta, each being either 41 storeys or 42 storeys. The affordable housing units have built-up area of 900 sqft. Each has 3 bedrooms.

Traffic situation at One Foresta

Traffic along Jalan Dato Ismail Hashim is moderate, but picks up substantially when you reach Jalan Tengah and Jalan Sultan Azlan Shah.
