Masjid Jamek Ar-Rahman is a newly constructed mosque for the Muslims in Batu Ferringhi. It is located at Batu Ferringhi village, just across the road from Yahong Art Gallery. The area was traditionally a Malay fishing village before beach development started encroaching on the rural way of life. Masjid Jamek Ar-Rahman provides a spiritual anchor for the community against the sweep of secular activities happening around it.
