Gim Hin Cafe is a coffee shop in Sungai Dua, Penang. It is popular for its "chu₁ char₄," or Chinese cooked-to-order meals. The coffee shop is housed in one of the old shophouses facing the main road, and has been around for as long as I can remember, though I am not sure how much longer it will stay, judging by the rapid urbanisation happening all around it.

Gim Hin Cafe is particularly busy in the evening, when people from the surrounding Sungai Dua neighbourhood descend on it for their dinner. If you intend to come here for dinner, be sure to arrive early. Parking is difficult and the coffee shop is often very crowded.
