Penang Technology Park @ Bertam (GPS: 5.52747, 100.48798) is an industrial park being developed in the Bertam township of Kepala Batas, Seberang Perai. The park is being developed by Ideal Property Group. According to Chief Minister Chow Kon Yeow at the groundbreaking ceremony, it is timely for the state [to have this technology park] to spur the development of other related projects, especially in Seberang Perai Utara.

The Penang Technology Park @ Bertam will span 880 acres. It is designed with sustainability in mind. The park hopes to attract foreign high-tech companies as well as local technology companies.
