Persatuan Teong Guan is a Chinese association in Jelutong, Penang. Its office is on Jalan Bagan Serai off Perak Road. The association is often involved in the organisation and running of various Chinese religious activities such as the staging of Chinese operas and puppet shows in conjunction with Hungry Ghost Festivals and the like.
