Masjid Batu Kampung Pertama (GPS: 5.38943, 100.41795) is a mosque in Permatang Pauh, Seberang Perai. It is one of the mosques in Kampung Pertama, the other being Masjid Papan Kampung Pertama. Both mosques are within a short walking distance of each other.

Masjid Batu Kampung Pertama is the bigger of the two mosques. Though it is located close to the main road, Jalan Permatang Pauh, it has a large area that is used as a Muslim cemetery.
