Nagor Road Yong Tau Fu Restaurant, as its name indicates, is a restaurant along Nagore Road in George Town, Penang. The name provides a further indication of what is available here, yong tau fu, which is a boiled pot with ingredients of our own choosing. This may include the namesake tau fu (beancurd) in several varieties, along with various types of fish balls, stuffed brinjal, taupok (bean puffs), stuffed ladies finger, stuffed chilli, as well as deep-fried items that are similarly dunked into the broth. Dishes also available here include oiled vegetables and yam rice.
