Restoran Keat Seng (GPS: 5.40463, 100.28668) is a coffee shop in the Ayer Putih neighbourhood of Air Itam, Penang. It is located at the service road facing the junction of Jalan Air Putih and Jalan Air Itam. As with the other shophouses in the area, Restoran Keat Seng occupies a shophouse that was built in the late 1960s. In recent times, the service road in front of the coffee shop is used for an open air market in the morning.

During the evening, there is a row of hawker stalls along the service road across from Restoran Keat Seng, making this a popular street food area for Air Itam. Among the food available here include char koay teow, fish meat bihun, koay ciap and koay kak, among others.
