It includes the housing estate of Taman Bukit Panchor and the rural areas collectively known as Kampung Besar, Kampung Nanas and Kampung Sungai Buaya. The one sight of interest in this area is the Bukit Panchor State Park, located along the banks of Sungai Buaya.
