The view is however glorious - you can the Penang Bridge and the entire spread of the South Channel, the same view enjoyed by the luxury apartments not more than a stone's throw away.

Traffic situation at Sinar Bukit Dumbar

Traffic is heavy along Jalan Jelutong. There is also a bottleneck in front of the Jelutong Market. There is a makeshift divider along the road to prevent motorists making illegal turning in to Bukit Dumbar Indah, but still several risk themselves as well as on-going traffic to make the turning.
