Kedai Kopi Wah Bin 華民茶室 is a Chinese coffee shop in George Town, Penang. It occupies a shophouse along Pitt Street. The coffee shop appears to have limited seating. Most of the time I pass by it, it appears not to be operating, so I am not fully sure as yet as is available here.
