Kim Bian Aik Co. Ltd. is a historic dealer in gold and jewellery located at 136 Carnarvon Street, George Town, Penang. The business is related to the gold merchant company Kim Bian Seng next door. Both were established by Khaw Seng Lee and his cousins in the early 20th century.

Khaw Seng Lee was once a chairman of the Penang Philomatic Union and was also instrumental in the founding of Chung Ling High School and Fukien Girls' School, the precursor of today's Penang Chinese Girls' High School.

An ardent supporter of Sun Yat Sen and the Chinese Revolutionary movement, Khaw Seng Lee was also involved in the Penang Chinese Town Hall, the Li Teik Seah, the Min Sin Seah, the Chung Hwa School, Lam Wah Ee Hospital and the Penang Buddhist Association. A road in Taman Nirvana behind the Penang Buddhist Association was named Kim Bian Aik Road after his gold business.
