Formerly known as Kompleks Mutiara, it includes a three-storey podium. Anchor tenants occupying the ground floor include EON Bank and Reliance Travel. PTPL College has a campus occupying the upper floors.

Getting there

There's a bus stop along Anson Road in front of FOP Building. It is served by Rapid Penang bus 10.
