Sungai Lembu (GPS: 5.35636, 100.52061) is a rural locality in Bukit Mertajam in Seberang Perai. The road through the area is called Jalan Sungai Lembu. It runs north-south, close to the border between Penang and Kedah, connecting with Jalan Kampung Mengkuang in Mengkuang to the north and Jalan Kulim to the south, in Machang Bubok.

Sungai Lembu is largely undeveloped. There are villages, farmhouses and scattered settlements along the road, and some of the land here has been purchased, for example, for creating the Blissful Memorial Park. The area is within Seberang Perai Tengah, but is often regarded as synonymous with Bukit Mertajam. Across the border from Sungai Lembu is the town of Kulim.
