EXO City (GPS: 5.34292, 100.43563) is a property development in Bukit Tengah, Seberang Perai. Also known as Juru Sentral, it occupies a plot at the corner of Jalan Bukit Tengah and Jalan Kebun Nenas. The development by Exopuri Development Sdn Bhd comprises a 39-story studio office called EXO Horizon, a 31-storey apartment block called EXO Residences and shop offices facing the main roads, called EXO Avenue.

At time of writing (May 2018), EXO Horizon has just been completed while construction is in progress on EXO Residences.
