The PBA Complex (GPS: 5.40867, 100.29359) along Jalan Padang Tembak is the offices and one of the customer service centres of Perbadanan Bekalan Air Pulau Pinang Sdn Bhd. It occupies the location₁ where precast blocks were fabricated for the construction of the Rifle Range Flats. The is the licensed water supplier to Penang that is incorporated in 1999 and today functions as a private limited company.

Although the PBA Complex houses facilities for the waterworks department, the main offices for PBA are located at the Komtar Tower Level 32. Nevertheless, the PBA maintains a customer service centre here.
