Craven Cafe (GPS: 5.41414, 100.32838) was a nasi kandar restaurant in downtown George Town. Previously known as Craven Cafe, it was located at the junction between
Macalister Road and
Dato Kramat Road. Craven Cafe traces its history back to 1920 when it was established by Haji K.K. Dawood, an Indian Muslim trader who hailed from South India. Most Penangites knew this restaurant as Craven 'A'.
In late 2015, the premises of Craven Cafe was taken over by
Kassim Nasi Kandar, which before that was located along
Brick Kiln Road
