The Peak Residences (GPS: 5.44929, 100.29735) is a luxury condominium project presently (June 2012) under construction in Mount Erskine, George Town, Penang. The project was developed by Ivory Villas, a subsidiary of Ivory Properties, on freehold land. It comprises three 38-storey blocks connected by a linked rooftop garden. Each block holds 200 residential units. The standard units are called Lanai Suite (1,000 sqft and 1,100 sqft). Other units include Garden suite (1,750 sqft), Executive suite (2,480 sqft), Executive Garden suite (2,120 sqft) and Duplex Penthouse (3,850 sqft).
