Sunshine Tower (GPS: 5.39852, 100.28689) is a mixed development presently under construction in Farlim, Air Itam. Not to be confused with Sunshine Tower in Bukit Dumbar, it is being developed by Crimson Omega Sdn Bhd, a wholly owned subsidiary of Suiwah Corporation Bhd. The project is being carried out on the site of the old Sunshine Farlim, behind Fortune Court.Sunshine Tower comprises a retail podium with four high-rise blocks on top of it. The tallest block will be 38 storeys high. There will be a business hotel, 270 serviced apartment and SOHO units in addition to the retail outlets.
