Occupying the 24-acre site of the former Lee Rubber Factory, it will be a RM2.3 billion integrated development by Sunway Property. Sunway Valley City will be developed in 4 phases.Phase 1 sees the contruction of a 14-storey commercial tower with shop offices from level 1-7 and office suites from level 5-14. Phase 2 is a condominium complex with two 41-storey service residences. Both Blocks A and B will have 368 units each. Phase 3 is a 40-storey commercial tower that includes 32 levels of office suites and a private college. Phase 4 is a 12-storey office tower.
