Feng Yi Dumplings (GPS: 5.41041, 100.33599) is a popular restaurant selling the traditional Chinese dumplings, or bak chang. The restaurant is located at Taman Harbour View in George Town, Penang. The Feng Yi Dumplings brand was established in 1975 and is still popular with both locals and tourists.

Feng Yi Dumplings was founded by Madam Teoh Siew Hong, who is btter known as Feng Yi or Aunty Hong Yi in Penang Hokkien. Like many, she started from humble background, making her glutinous rice dumplings which are sold via retailers at markets.
