Joo Seng Bee Cafe, Bayan Lepas (4 February 2013)


Joo Seng Bee Cafe (GPS: 5.29511, 100.2595) is the main Chinese coffee shop in the Bayan Lepas pekan. This is attributed to its choice location right across from the Bayan Lepas Market.

Joo Seng Bee has been operating for decades. I remember going to this coffee shop as a child, when my father took us to Bayan Lepas the first time. There was a nasi kandar stall here which I do not see in this present photograph anymore. Instead there is now a stall selling koay teow thng. In addition, there is a kiosk for paus.

Getting there

The bus stop is right in front of Joo Seng Bee, along Jalan Dato Ismail Hashim. It is served by 302 and 308.
