Diamond Valley Light Industrial Park (GPS: 5.27949, 100.27123) is a small industrial estate in Permatang Damar Laut, Batu Maung. It is located on former paddy field land which was known as Kampung Permatang Tepi Bendang, which affords a good view of the Penang International Airport.

The nearest bus stop is along Jalan Permatang Damar Laut. It is served by Rapid Penang bus 302 and 305.
