Selera Sim, also called Sim Food & Drinks Service Centre or Sim Food Court, is a hawker centre in Jalan Tengah, Bayan Baru. It occupies the ground floor of Block 70 of Pangsapuri Jalan Tengah. The hawker centre is busiest during lunch and dinner time.

Selera Sim has quite a lot of hawker stalls. Most of these are lined up in a row, with a few set up in front of the coffee shop itself. Among the food you can have here include sar hor fun, Hokkien char, fried rice, yee foo mee, Jawa mee, mee rebus, mee goreng, pasembur, wan tan mee, siew kau soup, yong tau foo, nasi kandar, roti canai, idili, tosai, chapati, apom, economy rice, pau, Teochew porridge, chicken rice, Hokkien mee, curry mee, koay teow thng, and more.
