Arte-s, Penang (1 February 2018)
Arte-S (GPS: 5.35925, 100.29261) is an iconic condominium complex in Bukit Gambir, Penang. Branded by its developer Nusmetro City as a "lifestyle development", it comprises two residential tower: the 27-storey Tower A and the 49-storey Tower B. Tower A has 76 units while Tower B has 250 units.
At time of completion, Arte-S Tower B, at 170 meters tall, was the third tallest skyscraper on Penang Island, after the Komtar Tower (248.7 meters) and Setia V Residences Tower A (190.8 meters)1.
Arte-S is sited at the junction of Jalan Bukit Gambir with Persiaran Bukit Gambir. There are units of various sizes at Arte-S. The built-up area starts from 1,350 square foot.
